There's something special about calling Florida's Space and Treasure Coasts home.

I moved to this area when I was 15, and over the years I've watched our communities grow, neighborhoods evolve, and new opportunities emerge. Yet some things never change—the beauty of our coastline, the character of our communities, and the people who make this area such a wonderful place to live.

I'm Jen Shearer, a REALTOR® with The Wilson Group at LPT Realty, and I created The Shearer Perspective to share a little more than what's happening in real estate.

Of course, we'll talk about homes. Beautiful properties, market trends, new construction, smart investments, and the details that matter when buying or selling.

But we'll also venture beyond the front door.
