I’m Jennifer Shearer, and I help buyers and sellers navigate Florida’s Treasure Coast and Space Coast with a little more strategy, a lot more communication, and an eye for the details that can make all the difference.
I’m not the agent who simply opens a door and waits for you to decide if you like the kitchen.

I’ve also spent years around construction through my husband, a Florida Certified General Contractor. That experience has taught me to look beyond pretty finishes—to notice the roof, HVAC, renovations, maintenance, layout and the questions worth asking before you fall in love with a house.
And yes, there’s usually a little personality involved.
My certified therapy dog, Remi, has become part of my story too. When we aren’t working, you’ll often find us volunteering in our community. She has a remarkable instinct for finding the person who needs her most—and she’s become a pretty recognizable little sidekick along the way.
